The initial two 55-story towers will be set back from the Bay and angled to allow every one of the 700 units to have a Bay view. The first tower is to have 345 units. Total units may reach 1,000 with the addition of the third tower. Floor plans include 1-, 2-, 3-, and 4-bedroom residences and penthouses with expansive Bayfront terraces.

Located between the MacArthur and Julia Tuttle Causeways, Paraiso Bay condominiums will sit just off Biscayne Bay Boulevard at NE 31st Street. It will play an important part in the rapidly developing restaurant, shopping and residential scene of Edgewater, one of Miami's fastest-growing neighborhoods.
