The continuum condo north has recorded one sold unit in the beginning of the 2024 and it is the condo #2005 a beautiful 2 bedrooms/ 2bathrooms condo listed at $5,875,000 and sold for $5,050,000 or $2974/sqft. With this unit sold, there is currently only 4 condos are available for purchase at the Continuum, one of the lowest inventory even seen at the Continuum North in the south of Fifth neighborhood.

If you are looking for an entry point price at the Continuum North in South Pointe or a weekend getaway, I would recommend to go with the unit #512. It is a new condo on the market. This condo is a beautiful studio transformed into a 1bedroom / 1 bathroom. This condo is listed at the price of $1,550,000 or $2230/sqft. The condo has been a little bit updated with some bathroom additions.

However, if you are looking for a bigger condo that features 2 bedrooms then three condos are available for sale. They are ranging from $4,250,000 or $2240/sqft to $6,150,000 or $3302/sqft. The condo I recommended previously #1706 for sale at $4,950,000 or $2915/sqft is still the one I recommend especially because the unit is on a higher floor than the other condos available, for the breathtaking miami beach view and ocean view.

The only 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms condo available is the #2201 listed at $10,200,000 or $3233/sqft. This condo is beautifully remodeled and has an incredible view but I think a little on the high side in terms of pricing. If you are interested in that condo, I would negotiate it for you. In conclusion, the low inventory makes it difficult for a buyer at the continuum condo North to find what they are looking.
