The other one that just sold at The Continuum Condo South is the condo #701 listed at $4,500,000 and sold for $300,000 less. The final sold price was $4,200,000 or $2639/sqft.

    The Continuum Condo South has 18 units available for sale, which is 3 less than last month. Concerning the pending sales, 4 units are under contract which is a great start of the year.     If you prefer an ocean view and want to buy a 2 bedroom, then the condo #2506 is gorgeous with updraged Siematic German kitchen, marble light grey Italian floor and new remodeled bathrooms. This condo is listed at the price of $6,500,000 or $3476/sqft. This condo is more expensive than the condo #3402 because of the size, this one has 100 sqft more, and because the unit is completely upgraded. If you are looking to buy a 3-bedrooms condo, the condo #510 is available for sale at $6,000,000 or $2828/sqft and it is a remodeled condo that has 2122 sqft. If you are potentially interested into a townhouse the #TH13 is available for $5,900,000 or $2679/sqft.
