In Brickell the prices and the volume of sales has been more stable than in South Beach. Let's have a look at it in more details.Indeed, last month, we were warning you about the situation in South Beach where the increase in prices has lead to a drop in sales volume. In Brickell, prices have been steadier over the past 2 years, hence a constant volume of sales despite the preconstruction inventory.
However a few high end condos did experience a drop in sales. Asia and Jade Brickell took a great hit with respectively a 62% and 33% drop in sales volume . It looks like some of the most expensive condos have reached a certain price level and the buyers are not willing on exceeding that level, hence the drop in sales.
