Terra Group and the Related Group have planned bay-front homes and private gardens that enhance the peaceful community setting while keeping in mind the expectations of the most discerning luxury homeowner.
A remarkable team has been assembled to best capture the flavor of the Grove, integrating the highest principles of design with a sensitivity to the environment. Pritzker award-winning architect Rem Koolhaas and OMA ' the Office for Metropolitan Architecture ' are again pushing the boundaries for urban design in Park Grove.
For the interiors, William Sofield has been engaged to provide his usual mix of aesthetic impact and comfort. Landscape designer Enzo Enea has developed plans that seamlessly meld interior and exterior spaces while maintaining the integrity of the setting's natural and architectural heritage.
Plans for some 298 units, reportedly, involve:
South of Brickell and east of Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, Miami's oldest residential enclave, is home to famed historic buildings and present day art fairs and festivals. With a reputation for Bohemian Counter Cultural happenings fifty years ago, today it is still valued as a peaceful alternative base from which to explore the vibrancy of Miami's more fast-paced districts. Privacy is valued as much as the views of Biscayne Bay.
Park Grove offers in a prime location an experience in fine architecture and interior design without compromise. See if it doesn't offer what you are looking for in luxury condominium living.
In the same neighborhood, you should also check out the Grovenor House.

Another development from the master Jorge Perez, bringing class to Coconut Grove, with outstanding interiors and taste! I can't get enough of the balconies and cabanas.
