Venezuelan Ana Isabel Martinez will add innovative exterior lighting effects, while Columbian-born Fernando Botero will produce monumental sculptural figures.
The superior amenities offered by SLS Lux are of an extraordinary range, including recreation and lounge areas on three separate levels. On the 9th floor, both indoor and outdoor facilities cater to relaxation as well as full physical workout. Features include a 75-foot lap pool and 112-foot beach-entry pool with poolside cabanas, juice bar and summer kitchen. A multi-faceted sports center includes a wide array of workout options. Multi-sport courts complement multi-station circuit training. The Ciel Spa pampers residents with a full menu of body and beauty treatments. Family-friendly amenities of SLS Lux's 9th floor include an outdoor theatre and a children's area as well as a Club Room Lounge with TVs and gourmet kitchen.
Meanwhile at the 44th/45th Floor Sky Lounge, residents can choose between taking in the stunning views from an outdoor lounge area or enjoying the gaming area of the two-story indoor lounge. To top things off, the 57th Floor Roof Top provides a pool and sundeck with unsurpassable views. Residents of SLS Lux also enjoy offsite activity options with VIP Access to the Hyde Beach Club at the SLS Hotel South Beach, accessible by complimentary luxury limousine service.

Moreover, entry to residences is gained via semi-private elevators protected by biometric technology. All residences feature private vestibules leading to the high-ceilinged living spaces lined with a choice of exquisite porcelain tile flooring recommended by Yabu Pushelberg. Glass walls optimize the views of the Bay and the Atlantic Ocean, as do the glass and aluminum railings on the spacious terraces. The dozen penthouse residences offer 12-foot ceilings, and some add a private rooftop pool and an outdoor spa.
Design details of residence interiors have been thoroughly considered. The team at Yabu Pushelberg is pre-selecting cabinet finishes and stone counter tops to enhance the Italian kitchen cabinetry by Italkraft. Stainless steel appliances by SubZero and Wolf include a drawer microwave, built-in convection oven and refrigerator with integrated panels. Baths feature premium European cabinetry with stone vanity tops, imported porcelain flooring and designer faucets. All master bathrooms include rain showers and spa tubs, while select residences include double vessel bowl lavatories, frameless glass-enclosed showers and a separate powder room.
Setting the standards for 21st-century condominium amenities means that the latest in communications technology is built-in along with a Home Automation system and Smart Building technology that links residents with concierge services and all other SLS Lux resources.
Brickell, the sophisticated Miami's district, already offers high fashion, fine dining and chic entertainment. Among its new stunning condos, if luxury had a name, it would be SLS Lux.
