Storefronts and restaurants will line the public avenues. Extensive plantings with broad walkways will be a hallmark of the expansive greenways. The site, which accesses the Eighth Street Metromover Station, will provide extensive parking on two levels. Neighboring traffic flows are being reconfigured to promote safety and ease.

The expanding Brickell neighborhood encompasses the financial center of the region while remaining in close proximity to the plethora of options for recreation, entertainment and culture that is Miami.
