What can I buy at the Murano Grande Condo?
There are currently five 2 bed condos available for sale ranging from $1,350,000 or $939/sqft to $2,575,000 or $1807/sqft. Only one townhouse is available for sale and it is a 1 bedroom listed at $1,550,000 or $1183/sqft.
Only two condos have been sold as of end of February 2024, the condo #1901 a 2 bedrooms condo sold at $3,000,000 or $1497/sqft and the condo #2004 sold at $2,450,000 or $1719/sqft. Two others condos are under contract, it is the condo #1902 listed at $2,175,000 or $1160/sqft and the condo #611 listed for $1,299,000 or $787/sqft
For those considering purchasing at the Murano Grande, the condo #809 is still my best recommendation for those looking in low-price option and turn key condo. For a price of $1,350,000 or $839/sqft you can live on the 8th floor of the Murano Grande Condo and enjoy the experience of living in a luxurious building.
If you are considering a renovated condo the condo #1505 has been recently reduced to $1,750,000 or $1250/sqft is available for purchase. This condo offers a city and partial ocean view. It is a good option if the view is an important criteria for you.
If you are looking to buy a condo that has a direct bay view, the previous condo I recommended for those looking to buy at the Murano Grande was the unit #1104 but it has been removed from the market. The only option at the moment is the condo #804, listed at $2,575,000 or $1807/sqft.

The Murano Grande offers great views and great amenities. What a great comfort to have your own private elevator.

At the Murano Grande the view is amazing especially from the units facing the bay. If you want to enjoy a great gym I can tell you that this two-story health and fitness center is THE right place to go to. Of course the tennis court and Olympic pool are also remarkable amenities that I love.
